What are your business hours?

Our business hours are 8am to 8pm daily for delivery / pickup and phone calls. We will deliver any day of the year including holidays. Our answering service is available after hours.
 
What are your rates?

Our standard rates for bouncers are $145 for all day. $225 for Slides.  Please call for overnight rates. Free Delivery.

What cities do you service?

KANSAS - All of Johnson County for residentual customers. Commercial business call for locations.

If your city is not listed please call for additional information. We will do our best to service as many cities possible. 

MISSOURI - Commercial business only.   

Where can an inflatable be set up?

Inflatables can be set up at city parks, businesses, and homes. Make sure you have the proper permits if required by the city for anywhere other than your residence. Inflatables can be set up on grass, concrete, and even indoors. We will not set up on sand or in the mud. Inflatables WILL NOT be set up in the rain or in high winds exceeding 20mph. If it does rain during your event we ask that everyone be removed from the inflatable and the blowers shut off. Safety is our main priority. Rain and high winds are very dangerous for inflatables. Please see our cancellation policey for further information.  

Do I need to provide anything?

You will need to provide a power source and/or water source depending on the inflatable rented. A standard 15amp home outlet is sufficient to run one blower. A 20amp outlet will run two blowers. We will provide power cords up to 100 feet. We can not set up any further away from the power source than that. You will need to provide water hose if needed.  

Are you insured?

We are insured and licensed in the state of Kansas.

Can I pick up my rental?

No! Due to insurance and safety reasons we do not allow our inflatables to be picked up or set up by anyone other than our staff. We want to ensure you have the safest and best experience possible with our inflatables. We make sure the inflatables are properly set up and meet ASTM standards.  The inflatables are inspected at set up and take down to ensure the safety of our customers.

What is your cancellation policy?

You can cancel anytime up to one week prior to the rental date. After that a $50 cancellation charge will be applied. Once we arrive to set up the full price will be charged. There is no charge for cancellations due to bad weather. If already paid in full a refund in full will be given or you can reschedule the rental. We reserve the right to cancel the rental for any reason.  That being said the main reason we may cancel a rental is due to rain or high winds. SAFETY IS PRIORITY!!!!
